Nearly every woman I have ever met has had some problems at some point in their life. There is nothing to be ashamed of. You should feel good about the fact that you are trying to do something about it rather than just letting it get worse. “I don’t really think you can help” – I get that. Most people think their problem is unique and no one else is “as bad.” Surprise! That’s just not true.
