Hello Everybody!!!! My dilation has been going great too. I usually sleep in the pink dilator….not every night. I do it about every 3rd night now. Always before intercourse…pink and blue. I have had zero pain with intercourse 🙂 It has been 6 months since my procedure…and things are going great. I still worry about the vaginismus coming back if I don’t dilate on a regular basis. I feel that for me, dilating every few nights is enough…..it will be a long time before I am not scared of the vaginismus returning. I am confident it will not return, just hard to fully convince my heart of that!!!!!! Hope everybody is doing great….keep on dilating Divas!!!!!!!!

I usually dilate at night…..and sleep during it 🙂 or watch TV. Try doing kegals while dilating…this always helps me with the burning. If the dilating is still uncomfortable, you must dilate while keeping your mind occupied. This helps to make the time pass much quicker. I find that just lying there dilating is not only boring, but also causes me to concentrate on how it feels way toooooo much. 🙂 Hope this helps!!!

    Dear coffee,
I sleep every other night with the pink silicone dilator in. Then before intercourse, I dilate with the pink dilator for 10 to 15 minutes. Then I dilate with the blue dilator for at least 10 minutes prior to intercourse. We take insertion very slowly. It’s something you do, slowly and then you just realize, hey this does not hurt….unbelievable!!!!!!!!You must have faith in the procedure. It did work!!!!!!! Enjoy the benefits of it.
    Hugs also!!! Lisa

Ecaterina, your progress sounds awesome!!!!!! I am so glad we got to meet in New Hampshire and go thru the process together!!! I feel it is so important to repeat what you have already said, that the financial cost of the procedure is tough for many people. But with that being said, it is still bearable and where there is a will, a way will be found, and the victory which comes with overcoming this disfunction so overpowering that it must be done. All our lives have been changed, for the better. And I truely believe the best is yet to come!!!!!!!! Keep in touch.

You will do great!!!! After the procedure you will have such confidence. I can’t really explain it, but the days following the procedure I began to feel more like a complete woman. I looked at other women, and thought, wow….. this is what it feels like to be almost normal. To not have worry in my head and look at other women with a tinge of jealousy. No more secrets!!!!! God grants us what we need when we need it. Your time is now coming. You will do great and will be an inspiration for other women too!!!!!!! Thinking about you and praying for you.

Hello again everbody!! My husband and I arrived in New Hampshire today for my procedure. It went great!!!!! Dr. Pacik and his staff were So kind and very professional. We were made to feel right at home. The procedure itself was very quick and PAINLESS!!!!!! I am recovering in our hotel room with a dilator in place…craziness 🙂 I can’t believe I ever even doubted having this procedure done. Do not hesitate and waste anymore time !!! We will return to Dr. Pacik’s office tomorrow for more counseling. All of the staff went above and beyond their jobs to make what could have been a high anxiety day seem normal. Dr. Pacik takes his time with each of us. We never felt rushed. Dr. Pacik has a very calming demenor. All of the staff were so nice!!!!! Thank you to Jenn, Tracey, and Ellen. These ladies are part of Dr. Pacik’s team. They take such good care of you. Tim who did the anesteshia was awesome!:) I am looking forward to tomorrow and will post again. Wish me luck:)
