Hi everyone! I just wanted to add my real success story 🙂 This weekend, my husband and I had intercourse for the first time!!!!!!!! It was the first time in my life! I mostly just stared at my husband in pure shock thinking ‘this is really happening!!!’ He must have been weirded out a little, but was nice enough not to tell me 🙂

It happened 2 months after i started the treatment via the internet!!! I just wanted to tell you about it in case any of this can help someone else 🙂

I dilated all night, then again while we warmed each other up.. then I was ready for him. He went in smoothly!!! At times, it did hurt a little, but that is when he liked it most.. and other times, I actually enjoyed it!!! (but those times, he wasn’t as erect), but the amazing thing is that it actually felt really nice!!! It was our first attempt, but not our last! I imagine it will take some time before we both can be satisfied at the same time. Neither of us climaxed, but we were on a high of actually being able to have sex!

THANK YOU DR PACIK! You have changed our lives!

It definitely has worked for me! I am so happy I found Dr Pacik and that he agreed to advise my via internet! Otherwise, I would still be having major problems and not being able to see a professional who understands. I felt especially able when Dr Pacik felt the confidence in me that I could do it.. and I did! I was also a Pacik/Lamont level 5, but am now able to insert the pink on a daily basis! I haven’t tried full intercourse yet, but my husband is able to penetrate!

So, I highly recommend it and am thrilled that Dr Pacik could help me through it! 🙂

Since then, I even feel more daring in other aspects of life.. I used to be terriffied of skiing and so many other things, but now, I feel I can do it all! We even went on a week long ski trip and people were telling me how brave I was! That hs never happened to me before!

When I sleep, I use the material from my pants to cushion around the room so it doesn’t dig into my thighs.. hope it works for you!

This is very encouraging to hear. My DH is slightly larger than the blue.. and I can’t seem to get the blue in.. but he is able to penetrate. We still have not tried intercourse, though. When he penetrates, there is still a struggle of trying to aim it right and work on him easing in.

In this case, do you think getting to blue is needed? or just more time with the pink?

I should add, that the new dilators are great, but I do find the rim (what helps it stand) to be quite painful at night because it digs into my thighs.. do you find that too?

Also a tip I picked up is that sometimes, if you put in the dilator and it feels a bit painful, it helps to take it out, relube and put it back in. I did that a couple of times and it was much better the second time!

So true, Dr Pacik, and thanks again for that valuable tip!

Amanda, so was I! But I think the biggest reason I was able to do it is because I spoke to Dr Pacik, whoI felt truly listened and cared. Then, I just followed his instructions and viola! 🙂 Congrats again on your success! That’s really great news!

These stories are wonderful and inspiring! Congrats ladies! I hope we can spread the word so everyone can have this kind of story to share!

I also have had vaginismus for as long as I can remember. After about 8 years of running around in circles and meeting all sorts of specialists, I finally connected with Dr Pacik. He is honestly the best doctor I’ve ever met! I am SO thankful for his advice. He even found a way to help me via the internet! I didn’t have the botox procedure done, but am following a dilation schedule that he’s made. In just 2 weeks, my husband was able to penetrate! I NEVER thought this day would come! Lots of love to you all 🙂

I’ve only ever tried water-based lube. It’s true, it does get absorbed. But strangely enough, I wake up after 3 hours (I dont know why but I do) and at that point I feel it is dry, so I pull it out (by pressing on the labia, then it slips out without any pain), wash it, relube it, then it can stay all night and very comfortably without any problems! Has anyone else had that experience?

It’s so true Heather! First, thank you for listening 🙂 I’m glad you found the tips useful! I completely agree, that the mornings are the best time to move up to the next dilator.

What helped me get over the awkwardness of sleeping with it (only in the begining) was to get into a comfortable position until I almost didn’t feel it in any more. Then fell asleep in that position. Then after a few days, I held it in place while I moved around and tried to find other positions that were comfortable to sleep with the dilator. It also helps to have panties on to keep it in place. I also don’t put the dilators in too deeply. Dr P says that they are too long and dont actually need to be in all the way. Plus it was way more comfortable to have only half of it in.

Great idea for a thread! I am finding that sleeping with the dilator every night helps. Every night it becomes easier and easier. Then I am even able to insert it in positions that were impossible to before.
