I recently buy a vibrator. It’s aWe-Vibe 4 plus. I then started to experiment its uses.
I use it for clitoral stimulation which helps me relax during dilation exercise. I tried putting it on the edge of #4 and #5 of Pure Romance silicone dilators.
It works quite well. My hubby can now put the tip in with the vibrator on my clitoris which help ease my anxiety towards penetration. Do you know how happy I felt at that time?
Then I came across this success story: http://www.vaginismusmd.com/vaginismus/dilation/vibrators-and-dilators/
I’m really excited and look forward to successful penetration soon!
Hope ladies who are still struggling like I do will try this great tool!

For me, breathing deeply, tightening & relaxing my muscle and making use of aromatherapy oil massage on tummy and inside of my legs have helped me greatly.
One thought helps: as long as we persist dilating every day, 5 minutes would help, right?
Klove, you gave yourself too much stress.
As Allie said, there’re good days and bad days. We gotta learn to listen to our inner voice and forgive ourselves.

I meant I’m not a patient of Dr. Pacik.

Oh I’ve missed expressing the important point for this post…

I’m inspired by Dr. Pacik’s saying – 5 mins is better than 0 min. I have started to dilate almost every day, skipping one or two days whwn I’ve no mood but not more than 2 days except menstruation.

So, stop giving ourselves excuses and get the habit of dilating every day. The more committed we are, the faster we are to recovery.

P.S. I’m thinking to give tampons a try. I’ll report what I’m up to.

Thanks again. Have a good weekend 🙂

    Thanks so much.

I’m so grateful I found this website n forum a few months ago. I started to get a better picture of n read tips from amazingly friendly Dr Pacik and wonderful ladies here.

When I started consulting sex therapists, my progress was really slow. I gave myself excuse of not dilating. I got stuck as I felt painful progressing from yellow to red.

Thanks to you guys, I’m now in progress, having put the purple in for three evenings and my hubby tried putting the yellow n red in me one evening.

I have few more steps to go. I’m confident to overcome vaginimus soon.

All the best to you all 🙂

Same here. Due to my period, I stopped dilating for a week. I’ve just picked it up again and do my biggest, which is #2.

I do use extra virgin cold press coconut oil as lubricant. It works well. It’s natural, free-of-chemicals and antibacterial. Why not?:)

Thanks Dr. Pacik and his team for letting me register for this forum. It’s definitely an eye opener! When I asked my therapist if she knows the approximate number of women who suffers from vaginimus, she did not have an answer for me, making me feel like aa freak.
I’m an Asian woman aged 30, having been married for almost 2 years. If my mum didn’t ask me about my sex life, if she didn’t tell my GP, if my GP is not a Christian doctor who has even wrote a book about healthy sex life, I wouldn’t have been refered to my therapist and treatment.
I’m using dilators for ‘vagina yoga’. I use something like Pure Romance brand which I have ordered on the net. I’m now working on size 2.
There was a period I was extremely busy at work and didn’t feel like practising. I have more motivation and started ‘v yoga’ again last week.
I had an appointment with my therapist and told her about it. She encourages me to keep trying.
I enjoy reading about ‘all about dilation’ part and find some ideas very useful, like how to relax during the practice and something like dilation diary which you clearly write down the tiny details.
But she doesn’t suggest me to put a dilator inside me for a long time like someone of you wearing at when you sleep, work or watch a movie. Is it because you have had botox procedure? I don’t understand why my therapist discourage me to do so.
Thank you for such an mazing platform.
