Thanks for your kind advice. Ihave just tried 4 and I had shooting pain pretty much like I used to have befor botox so my body is clearly telling me to stick to 3 longer. I will try to stay positive and be patient

Last night I tried Dilator 4 and I had shooting pain just like I had before the botox treatment. It is clear I have to stay on 3 for longer.I feel my provider in all ways has misinformed me.He told me I would suffer no pain. Is the pain I am suffered just part of the routine and I should chill.

hi. I have been dilating for just over 3 weeks. I have had botox but still feel soreness during dilating. My routine is dilating every night moving the dilator 20 times. Is this enough. Should I be following another routine. How much soreness is acceptable

even after botox feel sore on dilator 3 and it has been over 3 weeks. Is this normal My provider gave me the impression I would get through dilator 3 and 4 in two weeks, Iam so down as this is not the case, There is no more after care and I am at a loss, Am I doing it right etc

Hi I am new to the forum. I had botox and hymonectomy 6 weeks ago in london.I started dilating 3 weeks ago after having a follow up appointment.To be honest I have been left to my own devices now and I am not sure what I am doing is right or wrong. I dilate every night sliding the dilator in 20 times. I have been using 3 and it has been sore. I tried 4 and it was very sore so planning to return to three. London told me the process would take 2 weeks is this right
