yeah!!! I totally agree with you ’23 years’. I am on my 10th day post procedure and I experienced ‘tip only’ intercourse with my hubby and I am feeling great! I know that I will experience full intercourse soon 🙂 thank you so much Dr. Pacik and may God bless you and all your staff!!!!!!!!

    Hi everyone,
I dreamed about writting in this category (Sucess Stories) and I would like to share what just happened.
I am married for 6 years, Lamont level 5 vaginismus, I already cried so much and felt shame and guilty for a long time. I almost give up to find a cure, but fortunately I started doing my own research again few months ago. After knowing dr Pacik I decided schedule the treatment and I made a choice: I chose to never fear again, I chose that I need to win! So I had my procedure 10 days ago (May 6th) and this night something really beautiful and unexpected happened: my husband and I had intercourse (tip only) and I am feeling so much happy!!!!!!! I know that I still have a long journey until full intercourse but this event gave me so much hope and joy that I can’t describe! I am here to say to everyone do not give up! I had bad time dilating (pink #5) just few days ago and I didn’t plan to try intercourse today, but it happened… well, it really happened 🙂 I had some tears (of happiness) and that is the reason to be here writting this short story of success. I hope that soon I will be back with my full success’s story 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

Don’t give up! Just live each day and soon everything is gonna be ok 🙂

Hi Ladies! Thank you Heather for answering me so promptly! I am still reading Dr Pacik’s book Lol because I need to go check some word’s meaning (brazilians…. ^^) And a question came up to me: how it is possible to find the muscle who have the spasm problem? It is possible to find some and miss other muscles? I had several bad experiences during my journey and one of the most frustrating was when I was doing my therapy sessions and working with dilators, could use the #3 (pure romance kit) and I seemed to be starting to relax and rely more on myself. The problem is that when my husband tried to play at least in the region close to my vagina and for some reason (my head or real, I do not know set) I felt pain and it took me to level zero again. Lost all the work of a whole month. This is one of my fears. Vaginismus is a very crazy thing for me. Some time ago I would argue for sure he felt pain. Sometimes I just felt something choking me and I could not breathe. My doubt is whether during treatment with dilators something can ‘send a message of pain’ to my brain and I catch again.

Hi Heather34! My procedure is schedule for May 6! I am really excited and I have a lot of questions:
    1) After the procedure I will able to enjoy my stay in NH? Or will I need some days to recover and go back to normal routine?
    2) About meet other patients in the recovery room: how does it happen?
    3) What kind of clothes I should wear and take with me to NH?
I’m will come back with more questions…
I am still reading Dr. Pacik’s book and some questions are appearing.
ps: I apologize for my poor English (I am not american…)
