Thank you everybody for your support !
I had never heard of Vasovagal Syncope before.
I will take your advice and try it while lying down next time.

I live in Mexico currently, I don’t have much money so the procedure is not in my plan and as Dr Patrick mentionned I would probably need an assessment before.

Heather, the only time a doctor tried to examine me intimately she s¿was only able to touch the entrance of my vagina with the scalpel and I unvolontarily FOUGHT her, she couldn’t do anything. I have never tried after that.

I am glad to hear that the procedures have changed your lives, unfortunately it doesn’t help me much at the moment because I know I can’t have this procedure, not now anyway. I am also not a US citizen so… anyway I feel that I would need a different solution.

But thank you very much for your concern, for your messages, it does help 🙂

    Hello Hope !

I am also a 28 years-old suffering with vaginismus and also still a virgin.
As mentionned in previous forum I have also tried with no success to overcome vaginismus with previous boyfriends …

I cried a lot and felt desperate but you know what? They were not worth it… And I can’t speak for you and your boyfriend since you’ve been together for a long time but as for me I feel definitely better now without that deadline pressure those guys gave me.

At least now alone, even though I get lonely and I’m scared to date… at least I have no deadline and time pressure. SO PLEASE don’t you ever feel you owe anything to him. You owed him to try yes but he is extremely selfish to pressure you this way and not recognize your progress.
It would be inapropriate for me to give you advice on your personal life and relationship but I’m just wondering if you wouldn’t be better off without him and this selfish pressure… Or maybe you should have a very callm conversation with him explaining that you really can’t control this…

Anyway, hang in there, be strong, we are not alone and with motivation and the right people around us, we will fight this condition and win 🙂

Hello, thanks a lot for your answer.

Honestly I wouldn’t be able to tell you excatly if it would be so painful because it seems like my vagina just refuses to let anything in.
It might be more something psychological then physical I’m not sure myself…

    But I’ll work on it.

    Thanks 🙂

    Hello ladies !
I apologize for the late reply and I feel so blessed to be in this community7forum.
Thanks a lot for your advice and support ! Knowing that you overcame thiscondition is giving me motivation !
I don’t have access to vaginal dilators, I am abroad with no possibility of receiving personal package…
I have a sex toy that I wanted to use for this purpose but I think I was too ambitious haha, way too big !

Thanks for helping me not feeling like an alien, it’s so hard to fit in this society when you don’t have sex…it sounds stupid and superficial to say so, but I’m sure you understand what I mean…

Right now my objective is actually to lose my virginity by myself, using toys or whatever … I can’t afford surgery and I just can’t see how I’m ever going to let a man get inside me without fighting him… so I’m going to train myself physically and mentally to do it by myself… I’m not sure exactly how yet but hopefully I’ll find ideas in this forum.

Thanks ladies, you are great support and the testimonies are inspirational 🙂
