Kegels for the next generation!

kGoal is a new device that has been designed to make kegel exercises easier and more fun. According to this article 30% of women are doing kegel exercises the wrong way.

The device which is made of soft silicone sends feedback to an app so you can track your progress. As a bonus, if you do the exercises correctly, the device vibrates! For women who need more incentive, the vibration level can be increased! I think it’s a great idea and am curious to read reviews once the device is available for purchase.
