Falling Back to Spring Forward

With the ending of Daylight Saving Time, I’ve been noticing that numerous patients seem to be feeling down, more anxious and less vibrant.

I saw that the Fall TV Special (created in 1966)   “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown” aired recently. That reminded me of the Broadway musical “You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown,” particularly the song Happiness, where Charlie and the cast sing about what makes them feel happy:

While finding a pencil may not resonate with us grownups, perhaps the smell of a fresh cup of coffee or the sound of a child’s giggle might. The simple pleasures of everyday life are all around us. Just because the clock was set back does not mean we have to follow suit. Look around, enjoy your day and ask yourself what happiness is to you.

A safe and comfortable place to discuss vaginismus

The vaginismus forum at Maze Women’s Health is designed to bring women together. We understand that painful sex, vaginismus treatment, and the subsequent recovery can be sensitive topics, and you should have a safe and comfortable place to voice your experience, opinions, and concerns.

We envision this vaginismus forum as a place for you to introduce yourself, share your personal story, ask questions, and discuss any and all aspects of vaginismus, including our treatment options. We sincerely hope that you find this to be a comfortable place to discuss your struggles and triumphs as you navigate through vaginismus treatment. Talking through these issues with women that have gone through it can make all the difference.
