When It’s Hard to Make That First Appointment

I hear it again and again. “I have been wanting to come in for months, but I just couldn’t make that call!”  If that’s you, we get it. And there are so many reasons that might be the case. Here are just a few:

“I’m so embarrassed” – Try not to be. Truly. Over 50% of women have sexual problems. And frankly,  I think that statistic is low. Nearly every woman I have ever met has had some problems at some point in their life. There is nothing to be ashamed of. You should feel good about the fact that you are trying to do something about it rather than just letting it get worse. And at our office we go out of our way to make the experience of calling and making an appointment as easy and comfortable as possible.

“I don’t really think you can help” – I get that. Most people think their problem is unique and no one else is “as bad.” Surprise! That’s just not true. Most problems are able to be alleviated if not entirely fixed and most problems are probably more common than you think. And if you are still worried, that’s why we offer the free 10 minute phone consultation. To make sure that this is the right place for you and that we can help you before you make an appointment.

“I hope it will just go away” – Maybe it will. But chances are, if you’ve been living with it for more than a few months, it won’t. Wouldn’t it be nice to talk it over with someone who understands and will really listen. And wouldn’t it be nice to know that you are doing what you can to make it better?

So, whatever your reason for putting off this appointment…. Don’t. Come on in. We can help.

At Maze, we’ve treated thousands of women with sexual health issues. Read our patient reviews and testimonials to see how we have helped them. Call or  contact us for a free phone consultation.
