I sometimes search the internet in search of anything new on vaginismus, and while this is not a new article I thought it was great, and gives the personal experience of a woman who underwent vaginismus treatment with dilators. It is one of the best articles and personal stories I have ever read.
Nicole, this is a great peace! It also highlights how much vaginismus thrives as a result of a lack of information – when women don’t know what sex is supposed to feel like or are uneducated about their bodies, they suffer through vaginismus for many more years because they don’t always realize they have a treatable problem. I’m glad this woman used dilators and found help!
