I wanted to thank everyone who is a member of the forum. As a moderator I am interested in knowing if anyone has found any useful or helpful sources about vaginismus they you think would be worth sharing, or asking us to share?
Thank you!
Excerpts include: “Learning that I wasn’t the only woman who was struggling through these conditions reassured me that I wasn’t the freak I thought I was. Thanks Sks823 for posting this new article. The more the word gets out about vaginismus, the more women will get help, and know they are not alone. This was one of my favorite quotes from the article.
“I’ve learned a lot about myself through physical therapy for my vagina and through mental therapy for my brain (these are both official medical terms, I believe.”
