Hi Bee. I am one of the Forum moderators and one of Dr. Pacik’s previously treated patients. Post-procedure, I used pure romance silicone dilators. I did not cover them with a condom and have used several different lubricants with them, including KY Jelly without a problem. If you haven’t already, I would suggest also contacting Dr. Pacik’s office to inquire about the different types of dilators. In addition to the Pure Romance silicone dilators, there are also glass dilators that are very different in both shape and size.
