    Hello Ladies,

I am a male partner supporting my loving girlfriend through vaginismus. We had hit a brick wall when it comes to dilating. But reading your comments and suggestions really helped; we took notes :)! Thank you for all that you have shared.

As a guy, I truly appreciate it. It gives me a different perspective and helps me to be better able to help my partner :).

    Hi Fred!

As a man going through vaginosmus with my partner for well over a year now, it baffles me how much mental strength it really takes through all this. I’ve lost my mind too many a times over this!

This process does make a man feel lonely through all of this! It hard to explain it, especially all the emotions you go through. But I wanted to let you know that you NOT ALONE!

I hope all went well with your partner!

    Hi wtcross,

I have been dealing with Vaginismus with my partner well over a year now.

As a man, I’d like to tell you that you have done such an incredible job man! I am really inspired reading such stories of strong men like yourself. It is hard going through this..it sometimes feels like you’re never gonna see the other side. But as a man also going through this I just want to let you know that you are not alone; I know how lonely it can get!

Please do let us know how things are going! #crossingfingers

    Hey Rooddood,

I totally understand what you are going through. I am also currently going through Vaginismus with my partner.

As a man, it is such a defeating feeling that you must be going through. I mean, you are doing all you can to ease the situation and make progress possible, but the most fraustrating thing is that its not all in your hands; that part is what made me go crazy the most! When you are trying as much as possible to open the doors for your partner as much as possible but they just seem reluctant to join you! Its heartbreaking. It makes you feel powerless as a man. Ive spent so many nights crying and asking God why me?

I wish I could give you some words of encouragement right now, but all I can tell you is that YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
I feel like that is the one thing that we need to know and hear the most during this whole process. Because yes everything is about her, but there isn’t any “treatment” to help the guys through all this as well, thus we feel lost and alone. So I remimd you again; YOU ARE NOT ALONE MAN!

I hope you stay strong man!
