    Yesterday I had my first successful GYN exam! I am about 2 months post procedure. I dilated before the exam, the doctor took out the dilator before the exam and used a child’s speculum. The doctor asked how I was doing the whole time, and asked if I was ok, and was just really nice. It was the opposite of my last completely unsuccessful and discouraging exam. After it was done I felt great! 😀
