    Hi ladies. One of Dr. Pacik’s treated patients asks the following question regarding dilation:

    “Should I continue to dilate through pain and how much should I be expected to tolerate before giving up? What is the cutoff?

    I believe it’s really important to use the smallest to largest dilators in sequence in order to dilate the tight muscles slowly. What are your thoughts, ideas, or suggestions here?
