Hi ladies. You’ve had the Botox procedure for vaginismus and can successfully dilate but haven’t achieved intercourse yet. Furthermore, you continue to struggle with re-connecting and finding intimacy with your partner again as well as low libido caused by vaginismus. The forum is a place of support and I encourage you to post your stories of struggle with intercourse or any of these issues that may co-occur with vaginismus. In doing this, you will know that you’re not alone and will also receive encouragement from other members. Also, Dr. Pacik really encourages patients to seek the help of a sex counselor post-procedure who specializes in these issues that may co-occur with vaginismus. Have any of you received treatment from a sex therapist post-procedure? I encourage your stories, thoughts, and comments here ladies.
