Hi ladies. I remember one of my “success stories” post-procedure was being able to insert tampons for the first time. This was something that I had never been able to do prior and now post-procedure, I use them regularly. I have used Tampax Pearl from the beginning and find them to be very comfortable. What have been your experiences using tampons post-procedure? Are there any other types that you would recommend for someone who is using tampons for the first time post-procedure?

I have found it’s easiest to use ones with a plastic applicator. The cardboard or the non-applicator ones tend to get stuck at the lower muscle band (although lube helps).
