Hi everyone,
I have been speaking with many women who are working from home during the pandemic and generally they are finding it much easier to dilate more consistently while being at home. What I hear is that they are structuring their day, following a routine and dilation is on the daily schedule.
Checking in to hear how things are going with all of you.
Thanks,
Helen
This is interesting to hear, Helen! I haven’t had to dilate in awhile, but one of the big obstacles for me at the time was finding time to carve out to dilate consistently and making sure I had my dilators and everything I needed if I wasn’t going to be home one day (when staying over at my boyfriend’s). Being at home every day would definitely make it easier to do that more consistently. Hopefully a silver lining of the coronavirus is that lots of people with vaginismus make progress on dilating during this time!
