katon0333 – so glad you are seeing some progress, and thank you for sharing your experience with yoga. Attending classes helps to create more awareness of/comfort with your body and encourages flexibility both physically and psychologically. The mindfulness piece is so important as well. Whether it’s one or a combination of these benefits, we’re happy it is helping to make a difference as you move forward!
