I just returned from an excellent World Congress meeting of the International Society for Sexual Medicine. Clinicians representing many specialties from around the world discussed their research involving a broad range of topics that dealt with both male and female sexual issues. I was pleased that sexual pain disorders were well discussed, and more clinicians are focusing into the importance of vaginismus as a separate entity.
For those who have never been to Chicago, this city is a gem. The downtown area is located both on the Chicago river surrounded by many famous skyscrapers and Lake Michigan. The city is clean and safe, with many walking and recreational paths through the downtown area. A must visit city!
