    Hello

    Heard about the glass dilator.
    Can we walk with glass dilators or go work etc?
    Just a doubt that these will be dropped when walking or sitting?

    Any advice will be helpful.

    The crystal delight glass dilators are short enough that they can be “worn” throughout the day.

    You can walk with them, but I do think sitting for any extended period of time would be uncomfortable.

    If you are wearing supportive underwear, they should not drop out when walking.

    You can also try to sleep with them.
