Hi ZinniaOpal, welcome! I too found this forum very helpful when I was starting to natvigate around for something that would work. I wish you the best and always keep hope and don’t give up! I had my procedure in July and I have a feeling I will have to dilate for at least a year. I dilated for about 2 years before I threw in the towel and decided to get this treatment and since July it has been so much easier to dilate but I think I still have a ways to go. Every one is different, you will know what is working and not working for you and Dr. Pacik can be really helpful along the way!
