Hi Sophie – thanks so much for updating us on your progress and sharing the link to your story! I know how much it helps the women on this forum to know there are others who have had success at working their way to pain-free sex, so it’s great to hear that dilating worked for you. Your description of using dilators in your blog post is detailed enough that I’m sure it will be a useful reference to others! I also love the humor you use in your post – this stuff can feel very undignified and painful, so I love that you highlight that just like with anything in life, there’s comedy to be found.
