Congratulations! After struggling for 10 years you won the battle!
I have had a number of patients who have delivered babies vaginally either by natural childbirth or with an epidural. A C-section is generally not needed unless there are circumstances where the doctor feels it is safer. It would be of great interest to hear from the others.
