Whether you’re working from home, caring for a loved one, trying to keep the kids busy or just attempting to adjust to all the changes taking place, stress and anxiety may be taking its toll on you. We understand that there is no rule book on how to deal with with the current situation that we are all going through, but we want you to know that we’re here for you.
Live Streaming – Tune In!
Over the next few weeks, Dr. Bat Sheva Marcus, Clinical Director at Maze Women’s Health, will be live streaming to help create a sense of community during this time of isolation. Along the way, she will be joined by various colleagues from the Maze Women’s Health and Maze Men’s Health teams, as well as other experts, each sharing tips, strategies and insights on how best to cope with stress, anxiety and uncertainty.
